Leslie is VCG’s Principal and has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience.
Leslie works with organizations of all sizes to develop competitive human resources and benefits strategies that advance business goals. Her expertise in Total Rewards Strategies and implementation is of particular relevance in today’s competitive employee market. Her holistic approach to Total Rewards takes into account the entire employee value proposition in order to attract and retain the most desirable employees.
Leslie holds a Master of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. She has served on the advisory councils for major carriers and healthcare start-up companies, and has testified as a key Congressional witness on cafeteria benefits for federal employees.
Kathi is Managing Director of VCG’s Human Resources Consulting Practice, specializing in the alignment of business and people strategies, talent management, strategic change, employee communications, organization effectiveness and HR outsourcing. She partners with her clients to develop and implement strategies to build the workforce and culture needed to deliver on strategic business priorities.
Kathi holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Oglethorpe University. She is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®), a designation earned through the Association for Talent Development.
Kathi is committed to developing the next generation of HR professionals – she has served on the Advisory Council for the Georgia Department of Education Workforce Readiness Program and was a member of the Board of Directors for the SHRM Georgia State Council.
Jeffrey works with a wide variety of employers to develop and implement human resources (HR) and benefits strategies. He brings a practical perspective to HR and benefits design, processes and administration, with an emphasis on compliance and client service delivery.
Jeffrey earned both his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from American University in Washington D.C. Additionally, Jeffrey holds the Society for Human Resource Management’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and is a licensed Life and Health agent.
