Our Start

While most organizations are rooted in either compliance or entrepreneurship, VCG is rooted in both. We know this is highly unusual, but it’s what happens when an ERISA law firm partners with entrepreneurs to meet client needs.

Founded in 1995 to provide organizations with guidance on the strategy and design of their benefit plans, VCG has expanded our portfolio of consulting services over the years to address the evolving challenges faced by our clients and the changing worlds of healthcare and employee benefits. Today, we’re a full-service consulting firm, offering a suite of employee benefits and HR consulting, as well as select administration services for clients who wish to outsource the processing of Medical Child Support Orders and other administrative work.

In December 2017, VCG joined the Acrisure family. As one of the world’s top 10 insurance brokerages, Acrisure offers a full spectrum of insurance-related products and consulting services, allowing VCG to further expand the services available to our clients.
