Jeffrey Bloom, Managing Director
Jeffrey is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent who advises employers on the design, administration, communication and compliance of their employee benefits. He has experience in benefits strategy, health and welfare analytics, compliance and helping organizations find the right technology solution for benefits administration, population health and wellness, and employee communications. He joined VCG in 2014 after working on Capitol Hill and in higher education.
Jeffrey consults on a broad range of employee benefits – many which extend beyond the traditional health and welfare benefits package and appeal to employees at different stages of life, such as student loan repayment/refinancing, volunteerism, education assistance, adoption assistance, parental leave, dependent scholarships and caretaker resources.
He earned both his MBA and his bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in finance) from American University in Washington, D.C., and also holds the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
