Kathi has more than 25 years of experience in communications and human resources, which includes experience working in Europe and Asia-Pacific. She joined VCG in 2007 after holding various leadership positions in HR communications and talent development for both mid-market and Fortune 100 companies.
As the leader of VCG’s HR and Communications practices, Kathi helps organizations engage their employees and drive business results through effective communication, talent and change management strategies.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University in Illinois. Kathi is also a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®).
