Leslie has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and management consulting. After an impressive career leading successful practices for some of our country’s largest consulting firms, Leslie was drawn to the entrepreneurial opportunity at VCG and joined us in 2003.

She helps employers develop and execute a long-term strategy for benefits and other rewards, taking into account the unique employee population, organizational culture, business goals and benefits philosophy. Leslie also partners with clients to incorporate progressive approaches to controlling costs.

She is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan. She advises startups that are driving innovation in healthcare, and has also served as a Congressional expert witness on employee benefits.
