Application Deadline for Small Business Loans Extended
President Trump passed legislation to extend the application deadline for a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan through Aug. 8, 2020. Prior to the extension, the deadline to apply for these funds was June 30, 2020. The extension enables eligible small businesses to apply for funding for five more weeks.
EEOC Expands COVID-19 Return-to-Work Guidance

ACA Compliance Bulletin: 2020 Draft Section 6056 Reporting Forms Released
On July 13, 2020, the IRS released draft 2020 forms for ACA reporting under Code Section 6056. Related draft instructions have not yet been released. In addition, draft 2020 forms for reporting under Code Section 6055 have not been released at this time. This ACA Compliance Bulletin provides an overview of the draft changes that were made to the Forms 1094-C and 1095-C for 2020 reporting.
