VCG also provides the following outsourcing/administration services:

• Compliance and Operations Audits: Whether or not you outsource administration of your Medical Child Support Orders and National Medical Support Notices to VCG, we can conduct a comprehensive review of your operation to evaluate both efficiency and compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
• Health Care Exchange Application Processing: When employees fill out an application for health coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace, they are asked to forward a portion of the application—the Employer Coverage Tool— to their employer for completion. VCG can help you meet your obligations as an employer by completing the Tool on your behalf.
• Pop-Up Processing and Call Centers: If you have a special project—for example, a dependent eligibility audit or the termination of your retiree health plan—that requires an extra level of service to your employees or retirees, VCG can establish a processing/call center on demand. Our centers are staffed by experienced benefit specialists and can be created for your ongoing needs in addition to your special projects.

VCG’s Administration Services organization is Service Organization Control (SOC) compliant. As a VCG administration client, you can rest assured that we have best-in-class safeguards and procedures in place to ensure the security of your information, as evidenced by our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.
