Jocelyn manages VCG’s Administration Services team, which specializes in processing Medical Child Support Orders on behalf of employers. She joined VCG in 2013 as an order processor, was later promoted to a team lead and now manages the organization.

Jocelyn provides day-to-day oversight of the Administration Services team, ensuring that we continue to deliver the level of service that our administration clients have come to expect.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Georgia Southern University.
