UPDATED: President Trump Signs the FFCRA – What Employers Need to Know
On the evening of March 18, 2020, the President signed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (the “Act”). It will go into effect on April 1, 2020*, and remain in effect until December 31, 2020. This is a change from the original expected effective date of April 2, 2020*. While the Act covers several programs, those most relevant to employers are included in this Bulletin.
