Returning to Work After the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Webinar Series for Employers

The COVID-19 public health emergency has created previously unknown levels of disruption to businesses across the country, resulting in the need for many employers to furlough, layoff, and terminate employees, or implement extended periods of remote work. As state and local stay-at-home orders start to relax, employers will begin resuming business operations and recalling employees to work. This webinar series is intended to provide an overview of the wide-ranging and unique issues employers may encounter during this return-to-work process, including continued compliance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act; wage and hour, ADA, and workplace discrimination considerations; and employee benefits administration matters.
