OSHA Eases Enforcement of Respiratory Protection Standards During N95 Shortage
On April 3, 2020, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued guidance that gives its enforcement officers discretion to allow employers that are subject to respiratory protection standards to take certain actions to address a shortage of N95 masks caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
