Jo has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits. She joined VCG in 2019 after leading the Benefits function for several mid-market and large employers.

Jo delivers high-touch service to VCG’s clients. She helps our clients manage the day-to-day activities associated with the administration of benefit plans, oversees implementation of new benefits and vendors on behalf of clients, provides support during open enrollment, and manages vendor relationships to ensure our clients receive the level of performance and service promised. Jo also works with clients to design and implement wellness initiatives that help employees improve their physical, financial and mental health.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Business from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University in New York. Jo is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
