Eric has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and benefits consulting. He joined VCG in 2010, after holding several leadership positions in life insurance companies and a multinational insurance brokerage firm.

He is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent who specializes in helping employers design and implement benefits that help them attract and retain the right talent, while achieving financial goals. Eric works with clients on the design and pricing of their benefits, funding alternatives, implementation of new benefits and vendors, and compliance. He also provides support during open enrollment.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Education & Biology from Millikin University in Illinois.
